The location is perfect it is up the street from Magers Crossing a popular daytime swimming area of the Frio River and right around the corner from Garner State Park. 

Location

Sky View Log Home is located minutes from Garner State Park.  In fact we are just on the other side of the Old Baldy Trailhead.  And we are up the street from Magers Crossing where visitors enjoy day swimming. The log home is situated at just the right peak to view the endless hills surrounding the Frio River, stars, sunsets and beautiful sunrises.

The Outside Space

Located at the top of the hill, you will find our log home with massive front and back patios with enough space for family and friends to relax and enjoy the views on two acres of our property.  Bring your furry friends but don’t forget you are in the hill country where wildlife is in abundance.  Feel like cooking up a Texas BBQ you have access to our pit for those steaks.  Towards the back of the property you will find an in ground fire pit for gatherings around the fire at night.

Main Area of Home

Includes huge kitchen with island with enough seating for 3 to 4 people.  Lots of counter space for cooking up family meals.  A combined dining area and living space includes a dining table which can seat 6-8 people plus you still have the island.  The living area is an inviting space with an amazing view of the endless hills surrounding the Frio River.  Watch the sunsets with unobstructed views through the multitude of windows.  High ceilings for an open airy space.  Ceiling fans throughout.  The main area includes a guest restroom for convenience.  The space is warm and inviting and at the same time rustic but modern.  A true experience of a log home stay in the Texas Hill Country.

Master Bedroom has views of the endless hills from your bedside.  One king bed which includes a Casper mattress of top quality.  Includes its own bath suite with a garden tub and walk in shower with double sinks.  Enjoy a spa like bath suite, the shower boasts a natural stone shower and the garden tub is equipped with bath salts to help you relax your day away.  Huge closet for luggage, clothes and all your belongings.

Second bedroom faces Old Baldy trailhead with a queen bed and also includes a top quality Casper mattress. Includes a sitting area for relaxing.  This bedroom shares a restroom with the third bedroom.  Huge closet for luggage, clothes and all your belongings.

Third bedroom includes a twin over full bunk.  Perfect for children or teenagers.  Huge closet just like the others for luggage, toys etc.  This bedroom shares a bath with the second bedroom.
